PARTICIPATION IS OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND HOLD AN AMERICAN EXPRESS® CREDIT CARD OR CHARGE CARD IN GOOD STANDING AS OF NOVEMBER 20, 2007. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL LAWS RULES OR REGULATIONS.
- INTRODUCTION: The American Express “Table For You” Contest (the “Competition”) is sponsored by American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. (“Sponsor”), 200 Vesey Street, New York, NY 10285. No purchase necessary to enter or win. The Competition is open to legal residents of state of California who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and hold an American Express® Credit or Charge Card in good standing as of December 10, 2007. Employees of Sponsor and its respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies involved with this Competition, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Competition will run from December 10, 2007 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) through January 27, 2008 at 11:59:59 PM (ET).
- HOW TO ENTER: Go to http://thedish.amexnetwork.com/SF (the “Registration Site”) and follow the registration process to gain access to the site. After you register submit one (1) response that answers the question posed (the “Response”) in order to be considered for the prize. Follow the online instructions to submit your Response. You may submit as many Responses as you like, but only your last Response will be entered into the Competition. Responses must be no longer than 250 characters long. You must complete the registration process and submit your Response no later than 11:59P.M. (ET) on each Sunday to be eligible for that week’s prize (see prizes below for the list of each weekly prize). Any Response or personal information you provide may be seen by reviewing parties, including without limitation Sponsor and its affiliates. As a condition of entry, you will be required to click where indicated to signify that you accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

- RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and unfettered discretion, to disqualify and remove at any time during the Competition any Response that potentially or actually infringes any third party’s copyright(s). Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and unfettered discretion, to disqualify and remove any Response that it believes contains any disparaging, libelous or inappropriate content, is not suitable for publication, infringes the rights of any third party or otherwise does not meet any other requirements in these Official Rules.
- JUDGING: Seven (7) finalists will be selected by the Sponsor or its affiliates based on the following criteria (the “Criteria”): Originality and creativity of the Response – 40%; Appropriateness of the Response to theme – 30%; and Sincerity and overall appeal of the Response - 30%. Using the Criteria, a qualified judge from the prize-awarding restaurant will then select one (1) prize winner from the seven (7) finalists. In the event of tie, the entry with the highest originality and creativity score will be declared potential winner. All judges’ decisions are final.

Please check back weekly for exact reservation date and time for Farallon, Cyrus and Spruce.Gift certificate may be subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by the issuer. Any changes to the reservation must be made directly with the prize-awarding restaurant; such changes are not guaranteed by Sponsor. The gift certificate and reservation are not required to be used simultaneously. Prizes do not include travel or lodging costs.
- GENERAL RULES: The Competition is governed by and subject to the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. All prize winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone at the contact information provided at the Registration Site and must sign and return any applicable documentation deemed necessary by Sponsor, including all required Clearances, an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release, within five (5) calendar days following attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. By acceptance of a prize, the winner gives the Sponsor the right to publish, use, adapt, edit and/or modify Responses in any way, in any and all media and without consideration to winner and winner irrevocably assigns and transfers all rights, title and interest in the Response to the Sponsor and, if required, will sign any documents necessary to transfer copyright. By entering Competition and/or accepting prize, entrant grants permission to Sponsor and their agencies to use winners’ name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, publicity and promotional purposes, without further compensation to entrant unless prohibited by law. Prizes are non-transferable: no transfers, cash redemptions, or substitutions permitted by winner. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use/redemption of any prize. Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prizes.
- Privacy Policy: All information submitted in connection with this Competition will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and American Express’ Privacy Policy, accessible at www.amexnetwork.com.

Upon submission, all Responses become the sole property of Sponsor and all Responses will be reviewed by the Sponsor to determine if the Response will be posted on the Registration Site based on the following criteria:
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to post or not post entrant Responses.
Sponsor is not responsible for any electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the Competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, Sponsor may terminate the Competition. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT IN ITS SOLE AND UNFETTERED DISCRETION TO DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON WHO TAMPERS OR IS SUSPECTED OF TAMPERING WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS. Caution: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website, including but not limited to, the registration site, or undermine the legitimate operation of the COMPETITION is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and or other relief from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law.
